Service Agreement
By requesting services from The Groundsmasters, you agree to these terms. All estimates are provided free of charge. Final pricing is based on the scope of work determined during the estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Check.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate 24-hour notice for service cancellations. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number through our website, estimate request form, or directly to our team, you opt in to receive text messages from The Groundsmasters. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, service reminders, and other account-related communications.

- Provide your phone number to a The Groundsmasters team member

How to opt out:
- Reply STOP to any text message from The Groundsmasters

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. SMS consent is not shared with third parties.
